Story
How Twmi came to Wales
Twmi was born on 18 August 1984 at Penscynor Wildlife Park, hand-reared from 14 weeks. His mother Chico drowned in 1991; his father Jeremy died in 2009. His siblings are Suzi (older sister) and Fergus (younger brother).
He arrived at the sanctuary on 21 February 1999 with Suzi, Fergus, Jeremy, Neusi, Vicki and Winnie. Today he is the alpha male of the group.
Twmi loves music, dancing, and a game of tag. His favourite band is Queen. He is gentle with people and has a particular interest in jewellery and watches. The keepers discovered he is ticklish on the toes during a leg-warmer incident.
